Hello!
I'm Jessica Whatley, a former special education teacher turned homeschool consultant and education advocate. Since 2013, I’ve worked in public schools, churches, and military homeschool communities, supporting families of children with diverse learning needs. Today, through RISE Education Solutions, I help parents—especially those navigating military life or special education—create flexible, effective homeschool plans and advocate with confidence. My goal is simple: to empower families with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to help their children thrive.
